We had a great stay at this place! The location was fantastic, being conveniently opposite the mall. It made shopping and dining so easy and convenient. The service we received was top-notch, with the staff being very helpful and providing great service. The room amenities were excellent, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning. Free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus, and we also appreciated the garden furniture for relaxing outside. the staff, location, and room amenities provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

Good service was provided. We would recommend the hotel. A wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like Alligator Pizza that was only 15 minutes' walk away

We had a great stay here! The location couldn't be better, as it is conveniently opposite the mall. We loved being able to just walk across the road and have access to all the shops and entertainment. The staff were very helpful and gave great service, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially appreciated the free Wi-Fi, which allowed us to stay connected during our trip. we were very impressed with this place.

On our recent visit to Christchurch, we stayed at a conveniently located hotel near Westfield Mall. The surrounding area had a great selection of restaurants, supermarkets, and cinemas, yet we experienced no noise disruptions. The spacious and clean room was well-equipped, including a fantastic kitchen with all the necessary condiments and cleaning products. We were grateful for the free wifi and parking offered by the hotel. The friendly and informative staff at the front desk made our stay even more enjoyable.

Whilst the big windows were nice and brightened the room - facing the carpark left one a bit exposed.

Staff is by and large friendly We were visiting the University of Canterbury and from that point the location is good, being close to the University as well as opposite the Mall, so eating choices were plenty.

We stayed 6 days and paid for WIFI which never worked. Even after complaining, the Hotel was unable to get it fixed. Rooms were rarely serviced before 3 pm. Furnishings are old and tired looking. Chairs were frayed. Curtain was dropping of the railing.

My recent Easter stay was great! The hotel gave us complimentary chocolates and a basket of Easter eggs. The location was perfect as it was right across from a large mall and had easy access to public transportation. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The only downside was the lack of extra bedding in the room. It was a bit chilly at night, and we could have used an extra blanket or two.

I recently stayed at a motel near the popular Riccarton Mall. The location was ideal, with easy access to shopping, dining, and the airport. The room, while a bit dated, was clean and comfortable for a good night's sleep. The motel even provided a complimentary upgrade, which was a nice surprise. The amenities, including the small kitchenette and separate beds, were exactly what I needed. I had a pleasant stay at this motel and would recommend it.

The friendly staff, the parking provided was great, The opition to switch rooms with out any fuss was just awesome from the management, as the first room we were booked into didnt have a kitchen and we were staying 4 nites this I say is a big thank you from me and my wife cheers and yes I have stayed there before and would stay there again thanks Phil

When we arrived on the friday nite we were put into a room that didnt have any cooking opitions no kitchen and our stay was for 4 nites this should of been addressed when we first arrived but am pleased to say they did address that the next day with no fuss

I recently had a great stay at a hotel conveniently located right across from the mall. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with very comfortable beds. I particularly enjoyed the spacious Spa Bath which was perfect for relaxing after a long day. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.

All was fine, no complaints whatsoever.
